Tracking and delivery support

The email used for checkout receives tracking information when an order ships. An address correction should be requested without delay, but we cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. Tell us about missing, overdue, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels and provide the order and tracking references, plus photos where appropriate, for our carrier investigation.

Delivery area and charges

Our shipping coverage is the United States, and Standard Shipping is free across that service area for every order. There is no spending threshold. Please verify all delivery details before payment to help avoid address-related delays.

Dispatch and estimated arrival

Processing generally finishes in 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 4–6 business days in transit from dispatch. Count neither weekends nor US federal holidays as business days. Delivery services can experience delays; the quoted periods are not an unconditional arrival guarantee.
